徐思琪，管理学院2021级市场营销专业学生，毕业于杭州西湖高级中学，曾任校话剧队编制、校篮球队经理、校合音之声干事，现为班级副班长，目前在蔚来汽车有限公司实习。

“在我的大学生活中，保持积极进取与勇于挑战是我的主旋律。我始终以饱满的热情投入到各种活动中，努力让自己的青春绽放出最绚烂的光彩。”她这样评价自己。

善于理论联系实际，积极参加企业实习活动的她。曾在温州遂宁商会实习，从0开始做账号到开播售卖四川特产；在温州奇二公司实习担任卖货主播，自然流量新账号几周内成交额达10w+；在蔚来公司实习担任销售顾问，负责新媒体方向包括短视频拍摄剪辑、直播，短视频高达50w+浏览量。

艺术之花，绽放在校园沃野

她大一加入校话剧队，后来成为话剧队编制，踊跃参与艺术类赛事，在浙江省大学生中华经典诵读比赛中取得省三的好成绩。在学校，入选校十佳歌手，参与学校迎新晚会，一展歌喉；在校外，与温州妇联、温州法院合作拍摄视频，对接企业短剧拍摄。

学业竞赛，闪耀多元之光彩

学校举办的学术竞赛是她展示自我的重要舞台，从大二开始，就开始积极加入优秀团队去迎战“建行裕农通杯”大学生乡村振兴比赛、“互联网+”“挑战杯”等一系列国家A级赛事，从一开始的跟着团队研究、工作，取得校级一等奖到之后自己带领团队取得校级特等奖再到最后取得浙江省国际大学生创新大赛省赛铜奖。同时，她的专业成绩一直处于较为优异的水平，获得了校级奖学金。而且，她还在学校创业园建立自己的工作室，主要负责对接省政府的一些景点宣传项目。

她非常重视反诈骗安全宣传，曾倾力参与学校5A校园共建工作，多次参与反诈骗宣传。

问：你如何看待你的大学生活的收获？

答：回顾我的大学生活，我感到无比充实和自豪。通过积极参与社团活动、学校活动和企业实习活动，我锻炼了组织能力、团队协作精神、思维能力和创新能力，学会了沟通协调，明确了职业方向。这些宝贵的经历将成为我人生中最珍贵的财富，激励我在未来的道路上不断前行。

问：对于未来，你有哪些规划和期待？

答：学无止境，我很乐于去向前辈请教学习，无论是在人际沟通还是活动策划方面，我觉得自己还有很长一段路要走。在未来的日子里，我将继续保持热情，努力开拓不同的新领域，走出自己的舒适区，为实现人生价值而努力奋斗。

Girl, You’re an Elf on Stage and a Born Orator in Real Life

Siqi Xu, a 2021 Marketing major at the School of Management, graduated from Hangzhou Xihu High School. She once served as a member of the school’s drama troupe and the manager of the basketball team. Currently, she is the vice class leader and an intern at NIO Inc. She joined the drama troupe in her freshman year and later became a key member, actively participating in art competitions. She achieved third place in the Zhejiang Provincial College Student Chinese Classics Reading Competition. On campus, she was selected as one of the top ten singers and performed at the school’s orientation party. Outside of school, she collaborated with the Wenzhou Women's Federation and Wenzhou Court to shoot videos and coordinated corporate short film productions.

The academic competitions held by the school have been important stages for her self-expression. Since her sophomore year, she has actively joined outstanding teams to compete in national-level A-class events such as the “Construction Bank Yurun Tong Cup” Rural Revitalization Competition, “Internet+,” and “Challenge Cup.” From initially working with teams to achieving first place in school-level competitions, she later led her own team to win the school’s special award and eventually earned the Provincial Bronze Award in the Zhejiang Province International College Students Innovation Competition. Her academic performance has consistently been excellent, earning her a school-level scholarship. Additionally, she established her own studio in the school’s entrepreneurship park, responsible for coordinating promotional projects for provincial government tourism sites.

She is deeply committed to anti-fraud awareness and has actively participated in the school’s 5A campus co-construction efforts, taking part in numerous anti-fraud campaigns. She shares a favorite Spanish quote: “Toda mi ambición es ser libre toda mi vida,” which translates to "My entire ambition is to be free for my whole life, allowing everything to happen, untrapped." Siqi Xu hopes to encourage others to pursue their true selves, embrace their youth, and be brave in their journey ahead. Allow everything to happen, without being confined.The explorer of the treasure girl is her counselor Xiao Chen.
